If the main motor of the grille or the water pump motor becomes too soft, the system will automatically shut down. When the motor is overheated, the fault indicator light will light up and the corresponding fault will be displayed on the touch screen. Once the flushing water supply is cut off, the flushing system will stop working and send out a water shortage alarm signal. Relevant personnel should handle it in time to avoid sewage overflow.
The cabinet door is equipped with an emergency stop button (SB0). When an abnormal fault occurs, press (S0) to stop the entire system. After confirming that it is normal, you can turn the button to reset it.
Maintenance and overhaul
The area around the grille should be kept clean and inspected and cleaned at least once a day. It is strictly prohibited to throw wooden blocks, planks and other debris into the grille front pool!
4.2. Check the oil seal of the reducer frequently for oil leakage. Damaged oil seals should be replaced in time. If the oil level is insufficient, refill it in time and replace it regularly. The reducer should be lubricated and maintained according to the SET manual.
The lubricating oil must be replaced after the high-pressure pump works for 30 hours. After that, the lubricating oil must be replaced every 100 hours of working. The oil is No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the oil must be added to the middle of the oil mark. Warning: Before changing the oil, the Gollo pump motor circuit breaker QF5/QF10 must be cut off.
  The four bearings on the frame wall must be lubricated regularly, and the oil is lithium-based hole edge grease. Inject every 30 days. In addition, the oil cup on the bearing seat at the end of the press is injected every 30 days.
Regularly clean the filter wave net of the pipeline filter. Generally, when the pressure of the pressure gauge behind the wave filter is lower than 0.6a, the filter wave net will be stopped to clean to ensure the working effect of the flushing system. Warning: After the cleaning work is completed, the closed door must be opened before starting the machine!
This machine should avoid long-term shutdown and ensure that all parts of the equipment are in good working condition. When the machine is shut down for more than 7 days, the sewage must be drained, and the grille must not be immersed in stagnant sewage for a long time.
Electrical maintenance should be performed by professionals, and the power supply should be cut off during maintenance.
Simple observation method of equipment operation
In front of the grid: Observe the filter at the entrance of the water inlet. The upward filter is on the left and there is a lot of garbage on the screen. On the right side is the downward filter. The mesh surface should be clean and free of residue.
Behind the grille; observe the flow of water in the outlet channels on both sides of the grille. When the grille is running, the water flow rolls and the flow rate is high. When stopped, the water output gradually decreases, the flow rate decreases, and the liquid level behind the grid gradually becomes stable.
Observe the grille machine for one cycle to see if there are any abnormal sounds, and listen to see if the impact sound made during medium-pressure flushing is loud and powerful.
Observe whether there are any abnormal sounds when the press is running, and whether the slag output and drainage volume are normal.
