The working principle of the screw stacking machine: The screw stacking machine uses the volume in the spiral chamber to continuously shrink to increase the internal pressure, and uses the pressure regulating mechanism of the back pressure plate to continuously increase the solid content of the filter cake. Driven by the continuous operation of the spiral thrust shaft, The filtrate is continuously separated and discharged, and the sludge is continuously squeezed, dehydrated and discharged. The unique and subtle filter body mode replaces the filter cloth and centrifugal filtration methods.

The structure of the screw stacking machine: The screw stacking machine is mainly composed of a spiral push shaft, multiple fixed stacks and multiple moving stacks. There is a gap between the fixed stacks and the moving stacks, and there is a gap between the fixed stacks and the moving stacks. To adjust the gasket, the screw stacking machine has two functional areas. The section at the sewage inlet is called the concentration chamber. A large amount of filtrate in the sewage entering the filter flows out from the concentration chamber. The section at the sludge outlet is called the dehydration chamber. After concentration, the sewage is concentrated. The mud is further compressed and dehydrated by the spiral pushing shaft to form a filter cake and is discharged out of the machine.
