1. Spiral body
The laminated spiral body is composed of a fixed ring, a moving ring, a spiral shaft, a screw rod, a gasket and several connecting plates. The fixed rings are connected together by six screws, and gaskets and moving rings are installed between the fixed rings. Both the fixed ring and the moving ring are made of wear-resistant materials, giving the whole machine a longer service life. The spiral shaft passes between the fixed ring and the moving ring, and the moving ring is hollowly sleeved on the spiral shaft.
2. Spiral shaft
The spiral shaft consists of a shaft and a spiral blade, and the shaft is welded by a shaft and a hollow shaft. Assembly welding is to first weld the shaft and the hollow shaft, then perform rough turning after welding to ensure the coaxiality of both ends of the shaft, and then fully weld the spiral blades to the shaft.
3. Driving device
The drive device is the power source of the equipment. The performance of the driving device will directly affect the performance of the entire machine. The motor complies with IEC standards and the power supply is 380V AC/3PH/50 Hz.
4. Filtrate tank
The filtrate tank is welded from plates and is used to collect the filtrate filtered out from the main body of the spirochete. The periphery of the filtrate tank is connected to the frame through screws, and there are flanges on the side of the filtrate tank to facilitate connection with external equipment. .
5. Hybrid power system
