Filter Press repair have been formulated. The main contents of the acceptance criteria are as follows:
(1) Single machine and single control, which can complete operations such as automatic feeding, compaction, pressure maintaining, plate pulling, blowing, plate turning and filter cloth cleaning; filter press feed pump, flushing water pump, automatic valve, and The liquid levels of the water storage tank and material pool can realize chain automatic control (the pump will stop when the liquid level of the water storage tank and material pool is lower than the lower limit, and stop supplying materials to the water storage tank and material pool when the upper limit is reached).
(2) The entire equipment can be controlled manually and automatically through the PLC of the filter press body.
(3) The safety light curtain (including: transmitter, receiver, control module, fixed shelf, etc.) in the unloading, washing, and pulling plate non-pressed state is installed in the correct position and works normally.
(4) The filter chamber of the filter press is tight. The hydraulic test is carried out at a filtration pressure of 1.25 times and maintained at this pressure for 5 minutes. Leakage caused by the capillary action of the filter medium is allowed on the pressing surface. There is no leakage at other seals.
(5) Without any padding, the gap between the filter plate and filter frame of the filter press shall not be greater than 0.35mm after being compressed by the rated compression force.
(6) The control system, pressing device, filter plate moving device, filter cloth cleaning device, unloading device, etc. should be flexible and reliable. (7) After the plate and frame filter press is overhauled, the average trouble-free time should be greater than 4500h.
