During the operation of the Wastewater Treatment Filter Press, the Filter Cloth is continuously cleaned under high pressure. When cleaning is not clean, you can consider the following points:
The filter cloth is too old to be used, the water pressure is not enough, the flow rate of the nozzle is not enough, etc.
The sludge residue is serious. If PAM floc remains, it will directly block the pores of the filter cloth and seriously affect the air permeability.
The causes of drug residues are:
1. Because the polymer mixing time is too short, the agent has not been completely dissolved. Generally, the polymer can be completely dissolved after mixing for more than 30 minutes. Any time pesticide residue remains for a short period of time, it can clog the filter and create pesticide waste.
2. When preparing polymers, the equipment concentration is too high or the input amount of chemical solution is too large. In order to save costs, some sludge dewatering chambers use manual dosing equipment. The amount of powder added is too much and the concentration of the pharmaceutical equipment is too high. Or use a non-metering pump to add excess liquid. The formation reaction between the chemical solution and the sludge is incomplete.
3. When using a pipeline static mixer, the reaction time of the liquid is too short or the liquid and sludge are fully mixed and contacted.
