When the machine is working, the filter plate needs to withstand a force of 0.6MPa. The pressure of the slime water causes the water to be filtered out through the Filter Cloth, and the solid particles pass through to form a slime cake. When working normally, the pressure on both sides of the filter plate is balanced, and the pressure gradually rises from small to large to the outlet pressure of the feed pump. When the operation is abnormal (because the water outlet is blocked), the pressure in the filter chamber will quickly rise to the outlet pressure of the feed pump, while the water outlet on the other side of the filter plate is normal or the feed is not smooth. The pressure in the filter chamber will gradually rise. , so that a gap is formed on both sides of the filter plate, causing deformation of the middle part of the corrugated plate, thereby damaging the filter plate.
Therefore, during the feeding period of the filter, you must directly observe the water outlet situation. If there is no water coming out of the water outlet, it means that the water outlet may be blocked. Stop the feed pump immediately, pull the tight plate and the water outlet blocked or the water outlet may be clogged. If the filter plate has poor feeding, check and repair it, and resume feeding and filtering after the fault is eliminated.
