1. Select filter cloth correctly. After each work, clean the filter cloth so that no residue is left on the surface of the cloth. If the filter cloth becomes hard, it should be softened. If it is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
2. Pay attention to protect the sealing surface of the filter plate and avoid collision. It is best to place it upright to reduce deformation.
3. The fuel tank is usually cleaned once every six months and the hydraulic oil in the tank is replaced. If the fluid level is found to be lower than below, the oil should be replenished immediately.
4. The temperature of the material liquid to be filtered should be ≤100°C. The material liquid must not be mixed with debris and hard objects that block the feed port to avoid damaging the filter cloth.
5. The valves for material wave and washing water should be opened and closed according to the operating procedures. Material wave and washing water must not enter at the same time. After the work is completed, the remaining material liquid in the channel should be drained as much as possible.
6. Keep the machine clean, keep the workplace hygienic and the roads clear. Never step on pipes and valves to avoid bending and causing leaks.

7. After the work is completed, turn off the power, organize the tools, clean the remaining materials in each part of the machine, do equipment wiping, lubrication and maintenance and clean the work site, and make various records and hand over to the person in charge.
