Product Description
The Membrane Filter Press inputs the filtered material into the filter chamber of the equipment with the help of the feed pump. After passing through the Filter Cloth in the filter chamber (general filter cloth can only allow liquid and very small solid particles to pass), the liquid will seep out of the filter cloth, while the solids will be blocked on the filter cloth, thus achieving the goal of a general Filter Press. Equipment effects. The biggest feature of the diaphragm chamber filter press is that it can dry and press the filter cake twice. The special design of the filter chamber allows it to automatically close the feed valve and pass the filter chamber to the filter chamber after the filter chamber is filled with filter cake. Injecting gas or liquid causes the filter cloth to expand and deform, thereby achieving a secondary squeeze of the filter cake and further reducing the moisture content.

        Membrane filter presses are used for sludge and sewage treatment. The moisture content of the filter cake is less than 30%. Compared with the traditional chamber filter press, the solid content of the filter cake is higher, which can be increased by more than 2 times. Transportation costs are greatly reduced.

        The diaphragm press presses the filter cake after static filtration to rearrange the structure of the filter cake and increase the density, thus replacing part of the water and improving the dryness.
